2025 Overview
As this will start with Venus’ return on 3rd January and will continue right through to the end of April, the year is going to get off to a busy start and especially with Mars, who had left your career sector in November 2024, retrograding back in from 6th January to 18th April. Mars will be here, firing things up professionally during what will not only be the busiest four months of the year on the job front and for whatever it is that keeps you busy and occupies your time, but in what will be a landmark period for years to come. However, this is also a stepping stone, for while Saturn will leave your work sector empty when he leaves on 25th May, it is just a few weeks later that on 10th June Jupiter, the planet of luck and expansion will return to your career sector to begin your biggest year for professional growth and expansion in over a decade.
This is not only a massive year professionally but a year that is going to keep you busy, which is where that all important balance already mentioned comes in. Helping to keep things balanced is that by the time you move into the New Year Pluto, the planet of change and transformation has been back in a fun, playful, romantic and creatively charged part of your chart for six weeks, but he is not only here now for the rest of the year but until 2044. Helping to keep the focus on the playful, creative and adventurous side of life’s fence is having Jupiter not only in your sector of adventure, travel, learning and discovery until 10th June but in partnership with Pluto. Even when Jupiter leaves, less than a month later and with the Sun here by then, Uranus will not only return for his first visit in eight decades but will be closely aligned with Pluto from the start.

On the romantic front, this is thanks to Pluto, the planet of change and transformation’s return to your romantic sector in November 2024, where he will stay until 2044.For the next 20 years, as the Sun and the faster planets come and go, Pluto will keep the focus on matters of the heart and will be working to ensure that the days of being in a romantic rut are over. To start with Pluto will have help and especially in January and February. Normally here for just 24 days, Venus will leave on 27th March but by retrograding back out, only to return for a do over from 1st May to 6th June. Mercury, the planet of communication will do the same, returning from 3rd March to 30th March, only to retrograde back out before returning from 16th April to 11th May. All this is preparation for Neptune’s return on 31st March and Saturn’s return on 25th May to begin some of the most powerful relationship years in a lifetime.
Money
You have a mixed bag of influences on both sides of the financial fence this year, with a mix of the expected and the unexpected and that includes on both fronts. In your financial sector, the side of the financial fence where it is more about what you do with and how you manage the money you have, moving into the New Year with Uranus, the planet of surprise, synchronicity and the unexpected in your financial sector is a given. Since his return in 2019, Uranus has been keeping money matters on their true path, bringing those sudden shifts and changes that like an autopilot on a plane is helping to keep things on a steady course. This will be the first time in five years that any planet has been able to move through without getting pushback from Uranus in your financial sector and from a need to also keep your focus on the other side of the financial fence. As the planet of passion and the warrior planet of the cosmos, Mars is the perfect planet to exploit this, creating what could not just be the most lucrative months of 2025 but in several years. This will give the rest of the planets, which won’t finish moving through until 12th December, a foothold.
Business
While there are big changes on the job and career fronts this year, this is both an overlapping and a surge in the two. While you reach one of the most pivotal years on the career front in over a decade, you are also moving into the pinnacle year for everything that has been building on the job front for over 12 years and even more so over the last few years. In addition, you have the ordinary annual parade of planets that move through your work and career sectors each year. If you were to take a snapshot of where things stand on 1st January 2025, then everything would be the same and it would be business as usual. However, within days that will change, and an extraordinary series of events will be underway that will turn 2025 into the year that everything until now has led up to and everything from now will lead on from.The year begins with Neptune, the planet of hopes and dreams in your work sector, as he has been since 2012, along with Saturn, who has been here since March 2023. Helping to get Neptune and Saturn’s final months underway will be Venus’ return to your work sector on 3rd January and while she will leave on 4th February, she will return from 27th March to 1st May. Mercury will do the same, returning from 15th February to 3rd March, only to return from 30th March to 16th April, during the critical months when Saturn and Neptune will be transitioning out. Meanwhile, while this is happening Mars, who left your career sector in November 2024 will retrograde back in on 6th January and not leaving again until 18th April, he will be here, firing up your professional passions, fighting and competitive spirit during those critical months.
